Customers may request to cancel an order before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or handed over to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

To request a cancellation, please contact HAroj as soon as possible and provide your order number.

If the cancellation is approved, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

HAroj cannot guarantee cancellation requests received after order processing has commenced.
